Kali’s Farmers Market Bridal Shower
We had the sweetest day celebrating our girl.

The theme?
She’s Off the Market.
And we leaned all the way into it.

Think spring farmers market meets bridal shower. Fresh produce, soft florals, wooden boards, wicker baskets, and the happiest room full of women you’ve ever seen.
From the moment guests arrived, Macy’s welcome sign set the tone. It felt like you were walking into a little Saturday morning farmers market, only instead of shopping for vegetables, we were celebrating a bride.
And truly… she’s the best thing on the stand.

The Setting
Inside, we created a photo spot with a wicker room divider and flowers tucked into the corners. It felt simple and organic, the perfect backdrop for capturing this sweet season.

We set up eight tables dressed in soft linens, each one styled like a charming market display:
- Fresh flower vases
- Small fruit baskets filled with apples
- And the most fun detail, an orange and a lemon.
It was playful and elegant all at once.
Like a farmers market… but make it bridal.
The Food Display
We styled the food like little market stands.
Tomatoes on the vine decorated the tables. Wicker baskets held fresh breads. Plates, napkins, forks, cups, and coffee cups were displayed.
Everything felt layered and thoughtful.
Drinks
Fresh coffee with cream and sugar.
Orange juice.
A large water container filled with cranberries, mint, and ice, refreshing and beautiful.
The Menu

Two quiches displayed on cake stands.
Apple pie on its own stand (because a farmers market must have pie).
Small croissants dusted with powdered sugar on a long wooden board.
Chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-A (because even markets need a crowd favorite).
Two cakes displayed proudly.
Cupcakes stacked on wooden rounds with greenery tucked around them.

A colorful veggie display with sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, baby carrots, celery sticks, and colby jack cheese. Yellow and green peppers held the dip. Mini toasted bagels. Mini muffins in a wire basket with blueberries beside them.

And a butter board with honey served on my Dad’s homemade wooden cutting board, because some things just mean more when they carry history.

Fruit salad was served in Grandma’s glass dish, and that made it feel even sweeter.
Each item had its own simple little sign:
Bagels.
Blueberry Muffins.
Ranch.
Dill.
Apple Pie.
Croissants.
Butter.
Strawberry Jelly.
Orange Juice.
Water.
It felt like strolling through a market stall, only instead of pricing produce, we were celebrating Kali and Collier.
The Sweetest Part
But the real beauty wasn’t the décor.
It was watching her.
Laughing with friends. Hugging women who have walked through different seasons of her life. Listening to stories. Opening gifts with that smile she’s always had.
There is something tender about celebrating your daughter as she steps into marriage. You remember braiding her hair. Packing her lunches. Dropping her off at church youth group.
And now… she’s off the market.
Chosen. Cherished. Stepping into a new chapter.
I stood there more than once just taking it all in.
So thankful.
So proud.
So aware of how blessed we are.
It was the sweetest farmers market I’ve ever attended.
And the best part?
The very best item there had already been claimed.
